Hidden defect
In cases where there are complaints of hidden defects from a real estate transaction, EMS engineers can provide its customers with support tailored to their needs, depending on their role and the involvement. By working with the client’s team – including its lawyer, contractors and other professionals – EMS will specifically address the needs of the owner, the builder, the various insurers or any other involved party with the following services:
- Analyse the compliance of the structure and of the building envelope;
