Expansion of the warehouse and administrative offices Familiprix Armand Viau

The project was to built a new warehouse of 32,000 ft2 and new administrative offices and laboratories in 18 000 ft2 spread over 3 floors. These two new additions consist of a steel frame on conventional concrete foundations. Two outdoor parking lots over 50,000 ft2 have been added behind the existing warehouse. Six new loading docks were also built.
