Repairing facades and balconies - 435 Chemin Ste-Foy and Pere Marquette 440, Quebec City

The project was to rehabilitate the facades and balconies of two high-rise buildings of 15 floors each linked by a common underground parking. Structural work consisted in:
• The local repair of delaminated concrete below and above the balcony slabs.
• Repair of sealing balconies joints.
• The repair of delaminated concrete on parapets, beams and columns.
• The repair of delaminated concrete on the facades.
• The strengthening of the seal of the columns on the 11th floor.
• Strengthening the consoles at the base of the columns.
• The addition of a protective coating type 'Miracote' 'on the balcony slabs.
