Repairing balconies - 3285 boul. Remembrance Laval

The project was to rehabilitate the 192 balconies of a building of 8 floors made of hollowed out precast slabs. Structural work consisted in:
• Repair of nose balcony slabs.
• The local repair of delaminated concrete below the balcony slabs.
• Repair of sealing balconies joints.
• The repair and consolidation of support.
• Applying a membrane seal on the balcony slabs.
