Complete replacement of the sealing system of slabs and ramps - parking d'Youville

This project was to redo the sealing concrete slabs levels 2-6 of Youville parking system. With a total area of 360,000 ft2, concrete slabs were repaired locally following the removal of the existing membrane with type equipment 'SpinJet'. Next resurfacing, crack sealing of and correction of drainage slopes, a new thin polyurethane membrane was installed on all structural slabs and access ramps of 6 floors.
