Expansion and retordit of Félix Leclerc Library

This project that earned the Cecobois grand prize in 2010 involved the Félix-Leclerc expansion library (double the size) in addition to transform, reorganize and to retrofit the existing part of the building. In structure, the project was primarily to build the new structure of the expansion, strengthen the existing roof (against snow accumulations from the expansion) and to seismic standards the existing building (addition of wall shear steel). An important part of the outdoor area was rebuilt and a new pedestrian bridge was built between the library and the Odyssey secondary school.
