Bigenerational Biron’s House

Located in the heart of the Sillery borough, EMS services have been retained by the Hardy-Biron family to transform the single-family home originally designed in 1976 by the firm of architects Denoncourt, Villemure and Marchand into a bigenerational house .

EMS's structural engineers have assisted CCM2's architects in the transformation, expansion and redevelopment of this refined residence with simple and monolithic volumetry.

The BH Bi-Generational Residence project won the winner of the "Habitation - Renovation and Expansion" category at Mérites d’architecture de la Ville de Québec Award, 2016 edition.
