Covering an area of more than 260,000 sq. Ft., this 7-storey reinforced concrete building located at the intersection of the Marie-Victorin road and Jerome-Demers street contains 183 condos-leases and underground parking. This high-end construction offers an inspired architectural design and a concrete structure offering optimal soundproofing. The apartments offer one to three bedrooms and stand out for their exceptional natural light, ultra modern kitchen, nine-foot ceilings and a contemporary bathroom. Spacious covered terraces allow for year-round outdoor living, while indoor parking provides users with peace of mind. A fully equipped gymnasium and a large salt-heated swimming pool is also offered to users

For the sake of optimizing construction and operating costs without ever compromising quality, the engineering deployed on this project is off the beaten path. To overcome the inability of natural soils to regain the weight of the building, it was chosen to sit the foundations of the building on ballasted studs. Designed to the latest industry standards, the building's side-load (seismic) system stands out from conventional construction because of its ability to significantly reduce ground-borne loads. Another notorious feature is that the relatively thin balconies in this project all have a span of over 2 meters and are isolated from the building floors to reduce heat loss.
