Reconstruction of the Parking Garage at 440, St-Jean, Québec

EMS services have been retained to conduct major repairs to the parking lot of 440, St-Jean, including the establishment of a new sealing system. This property consists of a tower in a housing in which underground parking of 30,000 square feet (three floors) was built.
Our mandate was to demolish and rebuild the structural slabs on which a new polyurethane membrane with increased abrasion resistance was installed. The slab on grade was also demolished and rebuilt.
Ventilation, electricity and drainage were repeated on three levels.
