CPE expansion Hippo Plus - Beauport

This project consisted in extending the existing day care center of a surface of ±2000 square feet. A new floor was added above the pool on the existing structure. Structural work were:

• Structural reinforcement on the first floor
• Well construction and reinforcements for adding an elevator
• Transformation of the existing swimming pool in a paddling pool
• Various openings in the existing building
• Addition of 3 new parking places
