Administrative Assistant

Description des tâches

  • Answer calls and welcome visitors
  • Perform various secretarial duties (filing, ordering stationery, receiving and sending mail, etc.)
  • Attend the production of documents such tender process documents, project sheets, CV, estimate.


  • DEP in secretarial or DEC in office automation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS OFFICE software
  • Excellent proficiency of French (oral and written), knowledge of English (an asset).


  • Demonstrate rigor and diligence in carrying out tasks
  • Have good communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to take initiatives.

Terms of employment

  • Expected date of employment : As soon as possible
  • Full time permanent job (37.5h/week)
