Dessercom - Hospitality Hotel, Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis

The project consisted of the construction of a two-storey building comprising 30 single rooms with two beds intended mainly for patients with radiotherapy, hyperbaric medicine and dialysis treatments, as well as for parents of children undergoing child psychiatry and neonatology.

Covering an area of around 1,253 m2, the hospitality hotel is a living environment on a human scale that promotes the well-being and recovery of patients and their family. In addition to the privacy of the bedrooms, each equipped with a full bathroom, the building will include a collective kitchen with dining room, a laundry room, a massage parlor, a multifunctional room for holding various activities and several small lounges overlooking different types of terraces or balconies. The openings are generous and include curtain walls that will provide excellent views in addition to promoting passive solar heating. The architectural design of the building aims to respect the residential environment of the district and is integrated with respect and delicacy in the urban fabric.
