Here is what to expect in your daily life if you join us:

  • Write and prepare tender documents;
  • Carry out preliminary and feasibility studies aimed at supporting the concepts;
  • Prepare engineering documents (plans and specifications) as well as work cost estimates;
  • Prepare requests for a certificate of authorization under the L.Q.E. (art. 22 and 32) and support them with the MDDELCC;
  • Participate in the design review;
  • Provide assistance during works supervision (office and site);
  • Supervise the technical and drawing team;
  • All other related tasks.


You are the person we are looking for if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or water engineering;
  • You are a member of the O.I.Q .;
  • You hold a general health and safety certificate on construction sites (ASP);
  • You have a valid driver's license and access to a car;
  • You have the knowledge of the following software: MS OFFICE, CHAUSSÉE2, AUTOCAD (basic knowledge), PC-SWMM (an asset), EPANET (an asset), HEC-CRAS (an asset);
  • You master French (oral and written), and know English (an asset);
  • You have good knowledge and skills in the following areas: road geotechnics and urban hydraulics;
  • You have a good knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework in force in Quebec in terms of municipal infrastructure and the environment;
  • You have an ease of learning and demonstrate an interest in following innovations in civil engineering;
  • You have good communication and teamwork skills.
