Here is what to expect in your daily life if you join us:

  • Determine the level of precariousness of a structure, the need for temporary shoring to secure places and design the shoring best suited to the situation;
  • Carry out the structural expertise aimed at determining the cause of a structural and/or envelope problem (collapse, subsidence, vibration, cracking, water infiltration, condensation, pipe freezing, etc.);
  • Perform calculations as well as the design of plans and specifications;
  • Determine the solutions to be implemented to correct a problem;
  • Write technical reports, summary or detailed as needed;
  • Testify in court as an expert witness when required;
  • Perform any other related tasks that may help in carrying out the project.

 

You are the person we are looking for if:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering or architecture
  • You are dynamic, curious, responsible, versatile, resourceful, flexible, courteous and autonomous
  • You have a strong interest in the technique and legal aspects of construction
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have a valid driver's license (required for travel).
