We are looking for a CPI in building structures who is passionate about the design and technical execution of structural projects. You will actively participate in all project development phases, from preliminary studies to the preparation of plans and specifications, while contributing to the quality and innovation of proposed solutions. You will work closely with the technical team and design engineers to deliver sustainable, efficient, and well-designed projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of concrete, steel, and wood structures for various types of buildings.
• Contribute to the drafting of specifications for work to be performed.
• Support project monitoring and progress management.
• Ensure, when necessary, on-site supervision of work execution.
• Collaborate with the team to propose technical solutions tailored to client needs.
• Perform all other related tasks.

You are the right person for this position if:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering.
• You are registered as an EIT (Engineer-in-Training) with the OIQ.
• You are familiar with the following software: ETABS, SAP2000 (basic knowledge), SAFE (an asset).
• You hold a general health and safety certificate for construction sites (ASP).
• You hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
• You are proficient in French (oral and written).
• You have good knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework in effect in Quebec regarding concrete, steel, and wood standards, as well as the National Building Code.
• You have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
